Policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We want to make sure you are happy with your order. We currently do not offer returns, however if there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email with your order number. We accept exchanges within 30 days of order date.

To exchange an item, please contact us via email with your order number. Once we receive your item in original and unused condition, we will offer a shop credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. Customer is responsible for shipment costs to return the item.

TURN AROUND TIME: Items are ready to ship and sent out within 3-4 business days. Ship times will vary based on location and Canada Posts current average shipment time.

SHIPPING: Once shipped, Quinn & Dot is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Standard shipping does not include tracking. For orders within Canada & the US, tracked shipping is available at checkout. Once shipped most orders take between 3-6 business days within Canada and 5-14 business days within the U.S. depending on destination. For orders shipping outside Canada or the U.S. mail times will vary. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with Canada Post.

ORDER CHANGES: Please make sure to verify all items being purchased are correct before checking out. Once your order is placed I cannot make changes to the items you have selected.

DISCOUNT CODES: Any discount codes must be entered at checkout and are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount code may be used at once.

TERMS OF USE: Quinn & Dot will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not designed to be worn as sleepwear.
